Description:

CrowdStrike is seeking a versatile hybrid AI Engineer (Dev + DevOps) to join its GTM IT Apps Team. In this end-to-end engineering role, you will sit at the intersection of AI application design and high-availability platform reliability. Operating within the internal GTM AI Pod, you will build, deploy, and maintain autonomous multi-agent systems and Large Language Model (LLM) workflows that eliminate manual toil across global enterprise tech stacks—including Salesforce, Slack, and cloud platforms. Because this position enforces a full-ownership DevOps model, you will architect the AI logic, build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) semantic pipelines, construct Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) architectures via Terraform, manage CI/CD rollouts, and configure circuit-breaker failovers across AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly related quantitative technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience spanning high-concurrency application delivery and structural platform infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on production experience building multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and structured data extraction pipelines using modern frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
• Proficient in Salesforce enterprise development, including custom Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, and Agentforce actions integrated via secure, event-driven backends.
• Practical proficiency designing RAG infrastructure, semantic search structures, context-window token governance, and retrieval logic across vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, or Weaviate.
• Strong ability to write Infrastructure-as-Code templates (Terraform/CDK), manage automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), operate container clusters (Docker/Kubernetes), and configure logging/tracing observability metrics.
• Strong understanding of building application-layer and cloud-layer circuit-breaker patterns, fallback strategies, and automated self-healing runbooks for non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Total commitment to a designated mid-market evening shift schedule covering 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST to ensure smooth engineering handshakes across global time zones.
